We look at the side of your car
you have never seen.

You tapped Website on our listing and got nothing. That is our fault and this is the fix.

We hold 4.8 stars across 129 reviews on Google.

We look after Everett, WA, Marysville, WA, Mukilteo, WA, and surrounding areas.

Everything under here is our half of the job.

What we work on.

This is the list we have always published, in the order we published it. We are an independent, family-owned auto repair shop, locally owned and operated, and there are between one and three of us here on any given day.

  • Auto Repair
  • Auto Services
  • Emissions Repair
  • Heating Repair & Service
  • Maintenance
  • Brake Repair
  • Engine Diagnostics
  • Exhaust System Repair
  • Steering and Suspension

We also supply and fit catalytic converter anti-theft shields. If yours has already been cut out once, that is the conversation to have before it happens twice.

The shield goes on from underneath.

A filter element lifted part-way out of an open engine bay in one of our service bays.
Under a hood in our bay.

Four days, and the lights are on over all four.

Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we are closed, and there is nobody here to answer the phone on those days.

Mon
Tue
Wed
Thu

Eight in the morning to five in the afternoon, all four days.

Three days a week the phone rings in an empty shop. That is the whole reason there is a form on this page.

Our two service bays with blue roll-up doors, a vehicle on each of the two two-post lifts, hoods open.
Both bays, doors down.

What we look at once it is up.

A car on the ground hides most of its own answers. These are the four corners and the four things we are reading at each one — not findings about your car, which we have not seen yet.

Brakes

Left front
LFRFLRRR

Pad thickness at each corner, and whether the rotor faces are still flat. The pad that has worn fastest is usually telling you something about that corner's caliper rather than about your driving.

ILLUSTRATIVE — WE CHECK YOURS ON THE LIFT

Tires

Right front
LFRFLRRR

Tread measured at the inner shoulder, the middle and the outer shoulder of each tire. Three different numbers across one tire is an alignment answer, not a tire answer.

ILLUSTRATIVE — WE CHECK YOURS ON THE LIFT

Steering and suspension

Left rear
LFRFLRRR

Shock and strut bodies for wetness, bushings for splitting, and how much play there is when we take hold of each joint and each corner by hand and push.

ILLUSTRATIVE — WE CHECK YOURS ON THE LIFT

Exhaust and leaks

Right rear
LFRFLRRR

Where the drips are landing and what colour they are, and whether the exhaust is sound all the way back from the manifold — including whether the catalytic converter is still where it should be.

What people wrote afterwards.

Quoted exactly as they were written, typing and all. Google publishes only how long ago a review was left and never a date, so none of these carry one.

I stopped by without an appt, frantic with multiple dashboard warning lights going off... Richard graciously came out, talked me through each one, performed a FREE quick diagnostic... Free kindness. If I lived in Everett I'd be back in a heartbeat.

I had a part that only stopped working if the car was running and the ac was on. They talked with me and got lots of details on my observations and asked questions to correctly diagnose and fix everything. Owning a 2005 Carolla... They are always spot on with their quotes and never take advantage of me. As a woman I really appreciate that.
Monica Lynn JamesGoogle
Had a problem with the oil light flickering and it could have been anything including catastrophic failure. They diagnosed and made the repair and an oil change in just a couple of hours... I highly recommend this place for anyone in Everett or Marysville. Very reasonable rates!
Paul BGoogle
my car broke down in Everett Wa... I felt that Rich and Mike treated me like an old customer with the time they spent explaining each detail and didn't try to sell me on additional parts that were not needed.
Rachael DevincenzoGoogle
found a bunch of stuff clogging the intake filter on the engine and charged me very little to just clean it out. They also were able to get it in to work on much sooner than quoted.
Sinshalai NightsongGoogle
I dropped off my vehicle while I had a work shift to fulfill and returned later to find my RAM was clean, topped off and running beautifully... Special thanks to Mike and the crew for making sure my truck was road ready and safe.
S CISSELLGoogle
Rich and his crew were friendly and super helpful! efficient, straight to the point with reasonable prices. It's twice now that I needed work on my car and these guys had my back!
Jeremy HammerGoogle
We used A&M for the first time about a month ago after a friend recommended them. We were so impressed, we have already taken two more vehicles in for service. They are polite, prompt, fair and honest.
Heather BGoogle
Like others have stated I also have been coming here for years and keep on coming back. That says it all! Friendly, Great service and great price.
Gus MoncadaGoogle
The best and only shop I will take my car. Honest and reliable. Have used this shop several times.

Every sentence above is a Google review, quoted exactly. Where one is shortened the ellipsis is ours and the words are not. We have not published anyone's criticism here, and we have not published a price out of anybody's review.

Tell us four things about the car.

Year, make, model, and what it is doing. Those four are where a diagnosis starts, and they are the four we would ask you for on the phone anyway. Send them on a Friday and we will read them on Monday morning.

This is a concept preview, so the form does not send anywhere yet. The phone number on this page is real.

A noise, a light, a smell, a leak, a pull to one side — or what someone else has already quoted you for.

We are an independent, family-owned auto repair shop. Locally owned and operated. We are a NAPA AutoCare Center. We are BBB Accredited, with an A+ rating.

Our workers' compensation account with Labor & Industries is current, and the state records no safety or health inspection, no violation and no debarment against this shop in the last six years.

We set our mark in the navy of our own logo artwork rather than the black of our sign, because the logo is the drawing and the sign is a print of it.
