This is the list we have always published, in the order we published it. We are an independent, family-owned auto repair shop, locally owned and operated, and there are between one and three of us here on any given day.

Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we are closed, and there is nobody here to answer the phone on those days.
Eight in the morning to five in the afternoon, all four days.
Three days a week the phone rings in an empty shop. That is the whole reason there is a form on this page.
What we look at once it is up.
A car on the ground hides most of its own answers. These are the four corners and the four things we are reading at each one — not findings about your car, which we have not seen yet.
Brakes
Left frontPad thickness at each corner, and whether the rotor faces are still flat. The pad that has worn fastest is usually telling you something about that corner's caliper rather than about your driving.
Tires
Right frontTread measured at the inner shoulder, the middle and the outer shoulder of each tire. Three different numbers across one tire is an alignment answer, not a tire answer.
Steering and suspension
Left rearShock and strut bodies for wetness, bushings for splitting, and how much play there is when we take hold of each joint and each corner by hand and push.
Exhaust and leaks
Right rearWhere the drips are landing and what colour they are, and whether the exhaust is sound all the way back from the manifold — including whether the catalytic converter is still where it should be.

I had a part that only stopped working if the car was running and the ac was on. They talked with me and got lots of details on my observations and asked questions to correctly diagnose and fix everything. Owning a 2005 Carolla... They are always spot on with their quotes and never take advantage of me. As a woman I really appreciate that.
Had a problem with the oil light flickering and it could have been anything including catastrophic failure. They diagnosed and made the repair and an oil change in just a couple of hours... I highly recommend this place for anyone in Everett or Marysville. Very reasonable rates!
my car broke down in Everett Wa... I felt that Rich and Mike treated me like an old customer with the time they spent explaining each detail and didn't try to sell me on additional parts that were not needed.
found a bunch of stuff clogging the intake filter on the engine and charged me very little to just clean it out. They also were able to get it in to work on much sooner than quoted.
I dropped off my vehicle while I had a work shift to fulfill and returned later to find my RAM was clean, topped off and running beautifully... Special thanks to Mike and the crew for making sure my truck was road ready and safe.
